The R'urban Charter has been developed and proposed in the world of architecture and urban planning in order to build a network of actors around the R-Urban strategy at an international level. This network has been active in the fight against the causes of global crises since 2008. Implementing Citizen Ecological Transition Units (CEMUs) enable various activities of shared housing, urban agriculture, recycling, circular and collaborative economy, reduction and waste management, soft transport, local currency, solidarity financing to form. The R-Urban Charter is an open charter drafted in a participatory way to guarantee the sustainability of the project and the strategy. It presents the set of rules and fundamental principles promoted by R-Urban. The signatories approve the principles and rules in order to pursue and manage R-Urban projects in other spaces. Charter signatories and network members share network resources and infrastructure. This charter has no legal status, but is rather an incentive for the dissemination of ideas from the R-Urban pilot project and is in effect today. It is a tool for disseminating the strategy among project promoters, networking and guaranteeing follow-up and feedback.
