Frédéric Sultan est un militant d'éducation populaire engagé pour le développement des communs. Il coordonne la plateforme de projets Remix the commons et contribue à la facilitation du « Réseau francophone des biens communs ». Il est impliqué dans l'Assemblée Européenne des Communs depuis sa création en 2016 et a participé à la rédaction du manifeste pour la récupération des biens communs (en 2009). Il est membre de l'association Vecam.

Frédéric Sultan is an activist of populare education committed to the development of the communes. It coordinates the project platform Remix the commons and contributes to the facilitation of the "Réseau francophone des biens communs". He has been involved in the European Commons Assembly since its creation in 2016 and participated in the drafting of the manifeste pour la récupération des biens communs (manifesto for the recovery of common goods) (in 2009). He is a member of the association Vecam.
