I’m trained as a lawyer, and have practised law both in private practice (business, commercial and IP law), and in-house, in software. 8 years ago, I set up my own IP-strategy consultancy, with a focus on Information Technology (including Open Source and Creative Commons).
I have written a book on “The wealth of ideas” on why IP is a mercantilist tax on innovation.
I have recently joined a startup and am now a software entrepreneur.
I also play the guitar in a band.
