Phd in political philosophy. Co-founder of Parliament Watch Italy, no-profit organization that run a pilot process in Messina Sicily to experiment with civic monitoring and open government practices. We try to foster episodes, in dealing with local administrations issues, of what we call "relational democracy". We are trying to build a local open and participatory ecosystem to monitor public procurement, decision making and budget data.
