Love the proposal Frederic. It is clear and takes out unnessecary emotions or the creation of new troubles in paradise. I like the pleading for a better representation of French and English speaking cultures both.

Positive note: everyone does find ECA valuable. Otherwise criticism would just fall away or be dropped. That means there is energy to work with and to make this a success.
