Dear all: about It is very clear that (over-represented) Dutch take a lot of space in English and especially when it comes to 'coordinating' the rest of NGO Europe.

The second language of the dutch is english, and then german and french. the second language of french is spanish, the second language of th english is french. Dutch are (I think) one of the pioneers in the commons , because of our fight against the water;

i hope that everybody can be emotional even in meetings!
